Leaders and Followers Foundation believes in the 'power of with,' of being 'together' -- we understand the term disciple to mean a 'learner' and discipleship to be the practice of learning together.
Accordingly, Leaders and Followers convenes Consultation for groups, often of couples, to travel to a city, a region, or a country with the intention of learning, not least from ones traveling companions and from the leaders we encounter on each trip.

Similarly, Leaders and Followers Foundation is a cohost of the Diplomatique™ global round table series designed to foster in-depth dialogue among an exclusive group of twelve distinguished leaders across various fields.
Hosted in eight breathtaking cities, each gathering will span two days and one evening of substantive discussions led by esteemed moderators, alongside subject matter experts who may contribute as needed.​

The primary objective of these discussions is to empower participants to "understand the times and know what to do."

Ireland Consultation 2023
The Leaders and Followers Ireland Consultation 2023 was a huge success, bringing together eight couples who journeyed from the United States to Dublin, then on to County Down - aka the Kingdom of Narnia - Belfast and beyond! The group met leaders in both jurisdictions, with one highlight being our time in the Republic of Ireland's Parliament where we were hosted by sitting Senators and former Cabinet Ministers.
When touching down in 'Narnia' it is essential to learn a little about Belfast man C.S. Lewis and the land that inspired his creativity.
