Leaders and Followers Foundation believes in the 'power of with,' of being 'together' -- we understand the term disciple to mean a 'learner' and discipleship to be the practice of learning together.
We convene Consultations for groups to travel to a city, a region, or a country with the intention of learning, not least from ones traveling companions and from the leaders we encounter on each trip.

Similarly, we cohost an Issachar Dinner series designed to foster in-depth dialogue among an exclusive group of twelve distinguished leaders across various fields.

The primary objective of these discussions is to empower participants to "understand the times and know what to do."
